So it's been about 9 months since I first visited Dr. Jeremy Heldt. For any dentist, my mouth offers a number of interesting challenges: broken, fractured, and/or ground down teeth, very small & crooked, crowded teeth, and severe tori that make some procedures very difficult and painful.  Those challenges, plus the age factor, finances, & other physical issues, have made getting my teeth back to a healthy state (both physically and aesthetically) very difficult. Over the course of many years, I have logged at least a thousand hours in dentist chairs (I'm still waiting for the awards system to get caught up). Until my last visit, I was proud to say I had never cried once. So why this time? While still a work in progress, Dr. Jeremy has given me the best smile ever. I had no idea what an incredible impact it would have on how I feel about myself. Let's just say I am a terrified dental patient due a past experience. I was referred to Dr. Heldt by my previous dentist. I am as apprehensive as a patient can be. For starters this place is very welcoming, super clean, very organized & just a beautiful serene space! It smells good, they have large screen tv's to take your mind off things and I love the healing crystals & beautiful orchids all over. They have thought of everything to make you feel at home and at ease from the moment you walk in. Jahnvi will greet you and she is the nicest person you could ever meet! She deals well with crazy dental chickens like me! I called numerous times asking questions and she was always great, compassionate, courteous and professional everytime. I finally scheduled my cleaning with Teresa and she was awesome! My cleaning was painfree and she is a total delight! After my cleaning I met with Dr H. He has a friendly, calm demeanor & never seemed annoyed by my thousands of questions. I was in need of a dental implant but extremely reluctant. He took his time explaining the procedure to me and was understanding of my fears. His office is full of State-of-the-Art technology and he was very willing to show me how it all works. Dr. Heldt and his staff are amazing!  I broke my front tooth at the root and needed an implant.  After my initial consultation with him, I chose to elect for two implants-both my front teeth had trauma from an injury I had as a child.  This trauma would eventually lead to bone loss if I did not replace both teeth.  In one day he extracted both my front teeth and installed the posts and my temporary teeth.  I could literally keep my temporary teeth because he made them look so natural.  I came to realize that Dr. Heldt is a perfectionist when it comes to his work.  A true artist!  He not only did an excellent job, but he explained everything every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable through it all.  NEVER have I experienced a dentist with such professionalism and great people skills.  I literally drive an hour to my appointments, that is how good he is!   Today I had my teeth cleaned by Teresa.  She is just as amazing as Dr. Heldt!  My teeth looked so beautiful when she was done.  She also made sure I was comfortable the entire time.  I could go on and on about this practice.  I highly recommend Dr. Heldt for anyone looking to have dental work without the crazy nerves associated with the stress of going to the dentist.  Everyone who works for Dr. Heldt is super nice and professional.  No frustrated and unorganized staff at Dr. Heldt's office. After months of working on my teeth, I am pleased at the final results!  Doctor Heldt completed the procedure with no problems.  My smile and my gums are now in better shape than they ever were.
